We will have an intensive Zen sesshin (meditation retreat) in English and, where necessary, with German translation.
The retreat will be held in silence. Please do not bring mobile phones or electronic devices – a mobile phone number (see below) will be provided for emergencies. Please do not bring any reading material with you.
The sesshin comprises ten to twelve meditation periods per day with interspersed walking meditations, meals, recitations, rest periods, sharing and individual meetings (Dokusan).
The costs for accommodation, meals and expenses will be shared equally among the participants.
Whatever your spiritual practice, now is the only time to renew it.
Please dress for Zen meditation in dark, non-synthetic clothing.

There is a limited number of beds available in the house. It is possible to stay in nearby accommodation or via Airbnb. We are happy to help you find accommodation.

The cost of meals will be shared among the participants.
The costs for accommodation are to be settled individually with the hosts.
